OK, so I'm with a public mental health place. I have "voices"--more like audible thoughts--that bother me. Sometimes they cause a bit of agitation. I take 200 Lamictal and 15 Abilify on good days, 30 on not so good days.
I was assigned a counselor recently and we had our first appointment. She seemed excited about working on this. She also encouraged me to look up coping mechanisms on my own so I can stick with 15 Abilify and avoid going on 30 forever.
I'm so excited! I'll be seeing her biweekly until I get better, and then its monthly.
