I know there are at least a few people here who work in mental health or social work in one way or another. Does anyone know of any support boards online for people in the field? I'd also be interested in any book recommendations, websites, etc, if anyone has any suggestions. By the way, recommendations from anyone who doesnt work in the field are just as welcome...
I'm working in a mental health crisis unit and I was recently strongly triggered at work... a clients issues who closely paralleled mine. This was about two weeks ago and I'm having a really hard time bouncing back. I'm looking for support and help coping with this kind of thing.
Anyone know of anything?

You're welcome, I wish I could help more. Maybe you'll find some people who can talk about the topic. I hope so.
Take care,
Sleepy
