sigh...I don't get it

http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/admin/20110117/msgs/988465.html

Is there something wrong with my granddaughter's pic and no one has the heart to tell me? I am lost. Can I do absolutely nothing right? The smallest interaction with this community and/or Dr. Bob is somehow.....sinister? Immoral? I give the hell up. No wonder I never want to address my extreme isolating and so forth with my new t. It's safer to stay away from people all together if this is what they are actually thinking:

>>Couldn't have anything to do with a doctor posting pictures of his tot child in bath clothes as the only image on the site. Nope, people do that on social networks all the time. I mean, parents own children and their childrens image, and it's okay for a psychiatrist to post pictures of his tot child in bath clothes on a mental health forum. She's sure to appreciate that when she's old enough to know what happened. <<

I don't mean to start anything - please don't anyone be uncivil, on purpose or otherwise, over this. I responded best I could but still....<shaking head>

I don't understand people.

It's ok. Oh 10der, people see what they will. How connected reality and perception are can vary, GREATLY. We each have our own eyes, our own realities, the lens we interpret everything with.
I am sorry.
She is a precious and very loved little girl.

I think people often see malicious or other negative intention where there is none. I've always been astonish when someone postulates a reason for some action I've taken, without asking me or thinking through what they already know about me. The world would be a lot nicer and lot happier if everyone assumed good intentions or thinking, instead of bad.

Even when you make a mistake and apologize, many individuals refuse to believe your didn't do something on purpose. It makes us mean to each other, I think.

Let it go. The picture is beautiful

angry hostel suspecious people acually have lower sertonin levels. I'm sure it goes farther then seritonin, the entire mind body responce to being a hostel and angry has got to alter all the mind and body processes.

You're so right and so wise, and oh, how I did try to let it go, but then I read on further and the thread turned...

Big mistake. I am going to go put a trigger warning on the thread, actually, and then try to leave it alone, but typed words, like spoken ones, cannot be un-typed and un-imprinted on the brain.

Daisy, **don't** read that thread unless you choose/want to be met with a theory about Dr Bob, posting pics at Babble and CSA. I am so sorry somehow (not quite sure how) I had anything to do with this.

I'm beyond flabbergasted now.

10der look at the source? Your Granddaughter is lovely and it's been there for four months. Someone just stirring the pot so to speak. Let it go. I know hard. Phillipa
