I'd almost forgotten how difficult and exhausting it is, it's been so long since I had real therapy. Not sure I'm up for it anymore.

What separates real therapy from the other sort?

The other sort never digs below the surface. It's all very shallow, thus not very uncomfortable or painful.
T3 doesn't miss a thing. I can have the most subtle change in my body language or eye contact or whatever and she is on it like white on rice.

Very, very painful and exhausting. Apparently I haven't kept myself in shape for real therapy. I'll have to start training. :-)
