Did you throw him or something?
I think I might have caused distress in my peeps :-(. I feel badly about it. I don't think I broke them though.
Why do you think that?

Oh thanks, sid. Guess he didn't break.
I yelled at him. We argued. I have never done anything like that ever. I posted but looks like my post to you didn't get through.
Guess getting angry doesn't always rupture everything (how's that for trying to talk back to totalizing, catastrophizing,
hyperbole?).By peeps do you refer to friends here? :( I usually withdraw before breaking
things.... Or if I do mess things up or (Gawd) get angry, I just vanish.Well. He survived. So did I.

It's good when conflict doesn't end in catastrophe eh?
My "peeps" are my t and Pdoc.
They've been with me a long time.

"He eh" ^ is kinda' like a mirror image ending. Palindromesque. Cool sentence.
"Conflict doesn't have to end in catastrophe, eh?" I can carry that in my pocket for a rainy day. Thanks.

that's sweet of you to say that :-)

> You didn't break them either, eh?well, I wouldn't want to have me for a patient if I were either of them (more recently anyway).
I haven't enlisted their support as much as I could have, have made less than healthy choices.
I feel a certain obligation to my treatment providers to try harder. I don't think I've broken them though, geez I hope not.
I like to imagine them living happy private lives, makes it easier for me.
I could be paranoid, but my T knows I post here now. I kind of doubt he's an internet lurker, but I am considering changing my name.now my cat's gone and opened up my water bottle all over the bed...crap!
