Posted by lola2 on March 23, 2011, at 16:22:35

has anyone else done this? i am noticing myself finding all sorts of flaws in my t and getting hung up on them and finding reasons why i should end therapy. I want to quit and i hate the process right now. im in the middle of some tough stuff but the toughest has already passed. any suggestions/advice?

If the toughest has already passed, is it possible that you are trying to find ways to ease separation by disliking your therapist because you don't really need it anymore?

Or, since you framed your subject line the way you did, do you think that your therapy is still something you need?

As to why self sabotage on things important, I wish I could figure that out. I do it all the time.
