Nobody's here much. There's no one around to over react to this or maybe even read it. This place is like my anonymous blog.

I think I might be having an existential crisis.
But I'm pretty sure I exist, am "here", and care a lot about you.

:)
I hope that as long as there is Psychology Babble I will be at least one person who will read and care what you write. Unless I truly am away for a while.
But I hope not overreact? I am forced to trust you when you say there is no reason to overreact.

there is no reason to over-react, but I am also in a lot of pain, and I don't know how to say that.
I do appreciate your concern though.

Well, my therapist always says "You can say you're in a lot of pain, and I will believe you." But... He doesn't always seem to grasp the depth of my pain if I merely tell him, so I can see your point.
I see how much you are hurting. I'm sorry you're hurting. I wish I could hold you and make it all better.
Is there anything I can do to help?

You already did something to help Dinah, but I will let you know.
I imagine I'll do the "show my therapist my posts thing" that i've told other people to do a bunch of times. And I'll find something to occupy me.

Hi obsidian:
I am sorry you feel so isolated. I have not been here in ages but I was feeling low so I came to see old friends.
I care too! :)
