Hello and Happy New Year to all my fellow babblers.
I hope you all know how fortunate I feel to have found this site filled with the words of encouragement, thoughts of peace, feelings of support, and blessings of friendship from all of you.
In such a short amount of time, you all have made me feel special, loved, huggable, and have calmed the life-wrecking thoughts of my chaotic mind. While I'm still a long way away from where I hope to one day be, I feel so very supported in my journey there. I am not alone, finally. After all this time, I am finally NOT alone. Thank You
With this new year, please continue to offer all of your support, insight, hugs :-), and willingness to read my posts.

I was just about asking how youre doing. You were the very first one I talked to on babble and then you kind of disappeared. So I have thought about you.
Im so sorry to hear that you (and you too Helana) are in such pain right now. I dont know what to say than try to take one day at a time, and remind yourself that what you are feeling know is feelings from the past. So even if you feel worse right now - you ARE getting better, because after this period, some painful feelings have left you forever! It will be better, the down periods are inevitable if we have to grow, but they really sucks. I had my own some days ago. But Im feeling much better right now. And so will you.
