This was what I listened to, and what I felt like, when mine left for a year, 3 years into therapy.

I was so young then. We had good music.

Then again I felt that way for 6 years at boarding school as a kid.

Maybe life is exile?

that is good that you can use music to comfort you and to get recognition for your feelings.
