I didn't realize this until I checked my planner. Oh well, it is OK. I was afraid to see her tomorrow because I hadn't done anything on my list of things to do. I was looking forward to it forcing me to go outside though.
Oh well. I should make myself get outside whether or not I have pdoc appointment.
So that is why she gave me refills even though I said I didn't need them.
No pdoc until September. Oh well.

I hope I will be OK without pdoc for a month. You guys will be here for me right? I really have no one to talk to.

Well, Babble's not the same as therapy. But it seems like a good time to open Camp Comfort. What would Camp Comfort look like to you?
Mine will be gone, not a month, but a week or so at a time, for two or three times over August and September. I'm glad he's getting a long overdue vacation, I suppose....

Did she lower your meds just as she left for a month? Do you have a chance to talk to her about that before she goes? Did she leave someone to fill in for her if you find that you are too destabilized?
I've noticed that you don't do as well when she's gone, which is totally understandable.

Oooh, I want to go to Camp Comfort! Babblers would be there and we'd do fun things together. Dr. Bob would be there. We'd roast marshmallows together and play in the lake and go hiking.

I'm glad he's getting a long overdue vacation, I suppose....My pdoc takes a lot of vacations. She takes one in the summer and during Christmas. She also only works 4 days a week. She has a pretty good job for raising a family. She has a cute daughter.
I think I will make her a handmade card, thanking her for helping me.

>Yes, she lowered my meds just before she left. I don't have a chance to talk to her. I don't think anyone is filling in for her.

Yeah, I'm going to try to stay stable. If I start losing it, at least I have permission to take extra meds to calm down. They seemed to work last time.
This is the end of the thread.
