you know lately, I've been feeling less depressed.

it's a weird feeling...honestly
I keep wanting to lay in the sunshine and breathe fresh air
I like moving around
I know I have some things I have to take care of though, that relate to finances and school and stuff
I have a lot to figure out
I don't know what I am going to do
I took a walk yesterday with an old friend and her new baby girl
and I feel like she is saying "cm'on! make a decision"
and I keep thinking "I don't think I could make a decision to save myself."
I missed her, I really did. I don't know what I want, that's it.

That's good to hear..,I learned from some meditation classes about 'living in the present'. My mind is almost always in the future--personally and intellectually with school. Just they way I work. Does not help with the anxiety.

I think trying to be in the present as much as possible, rather than the past and future, has therapeutic benefits. It seems you were living in the present when you experienced those small joys, so maybe you should practice it more often? :)
