Muffled,
I'm sorry that you are scared and at the same time glad that you have found support in Babble. You know what I notice? That when you respond to other people's posts, you really extend yourself. Your posts can be extensive or very concise and to the point but always thoughtful, warm, and personal. And when you are afraid or upset, your posts are often terse and sometimes feel to me as if you don't feel you deserve as much time or thought as other people do. I am really glad that zenhussy was able to give you something you needed this time, and it was great that you could reach out and make such a comforting connection with her that met your needs and calmed your anxiety. I just want to make sure that you know how very important you are, muffled, on this board and how many people care about you - both long-time posters and newer ones as well. Your warmth and genuineness, as well as perceptiveness, really come through. I hope that we can help you as you help others, because you remain our wonderful muffled.
Love, Lucie

I'm so sorry I didn't see this until now. I know you can take care of yourself, but I wish I could have helped. You've helped me so much.
Check in when you can, okay?

I'm glad that Zen was able to help you chill out.
You are a very special mufflediepoopsie-- ALL of you!
How are you doing today?
Was there anything in particular that might have made you scared?
Is there anything we can do to help?
your friend in freaked-out-ness. well, to some degree I suppose we are all freaked-out.

I just kinda freaked out bout some T stuff.
Its just hard sometimes to accept reality.
I have no memories.
But then T is having me listen to stuff inside which I have always avoided like the plague.
It upsets me when I can hear those inside too clearly.
Mostly I don't beleive they are there.
Its not like they saying anything too weird. I just stop if it starts to get weird.
But at some point I s'pose I will have to hear them. To keep going...
My T still is not safe to me, so that kinda makes it hard too.
I just goto rely on myownself(LOL and Babblers :-)
But guess its a little overwhelming at times.
Guess thats just how therapy is.
But we do it in order to try and improve our lives.
Life is a journey.
Let us all try and enjoy the good moments.
Like the GORGEOUS sunrise we have here this morning, we all (kids etc) stopped to look and exclaim.
I hope we all can keep plugging away and learn and grow.
Its a journey.
Thank you all so much.
M
