Hi Dinah,
Just received an email telling about this upcoming book with regard to your work that you've been wondering about doing.
Just in case you're interested, although I suspect you are not, as neither method worked for you."Seven Minutes To Natural Pain Relief" - I'm pretty sure that's the title. I suspect the pain is ANY kind.
hugs, Kath

Thanks, Kath. It certainly can't hurt to take a look. I downloaded a sample.
My therapist has mercifully agreed to let the matter drop for a few sessions. I haven't been feeling terribly well this week (migraines, not tummy trouble), and I guess he felt sorry for me.
Either that or he forgot. He forgets a lot.
I'll take a look.
We discussed again today the fact that EMDR and EFT and hypnosis don't seem to work for me. Biofeedback I liked, and I'd like to give it another try if I found someone other than biofeedback guy to do it with. I didn't like biofeedback guy.

> "Seven Minutes to Natural Pain Release"Hi :-)))
I 'cut & pasted' what I had typed in my post above. I wonder why it didn't make it go to the link? I wonder if I'm missing something? To me they both look the same? Maybe when I post this one, it'll turn up blue?

When you use the double quotes, do you scroll down in your post, to the bottom, and choose one of the boxes on the list? It generates a list and will either give you choices or book titles it thinks are what you mean, or say something like, 'Sorry, no matches to Amazon.' If you don't do this step, nothing will happen.
If it says no matches and you know the book or whatever *is* at Amazon, sometimes adding the author's name or tweaking the punctuation or spelling will get the software to recognize the title. Like in this case, I used the number "7" and it recognized that.
There's an example of the list that's generated in the FAQ.

Feel free to experiment :-)

The trouble might come from the fact that only one " shows up. But you will have typed two. You'll type " then you'll type the name of the book then " again.

Nope. It won't even let me type it in explanation. You type " then the " again, without space between. Then the name of the book. Then " and then " again. Together without pause.

Right, because in *this* post you didn't put anything in double quotes. The suggested list will only appear at the bottom of your posting box when it detects something in the body of the post containing "Book Title"
Like when I just did that, then I clicked Submit Your Post, it gave me an extra section at the bottom called Link to Amazon, with a list of ten titles it's suggesting I might mean. Of course they were all wrong, 'cause there's not book called *Book Title.*

Test
K
NOW I get it. So I have to do this:
" " name of book " "
I thought double meant one at front & one at end of title!!!
This is the end of the thread.
