I'm alive ~ I just don't have anything to say or add. Therapy left bad feelings in my mind and I don't want to whine about how I feel :o(

Truthfully, I'm not sure why really, but I've always felt like I had a hard time fitting in here, so I began posting less and less. I still post a reply from time to time, but mostly I just read. I still feel it's a valuable board with lots to learn from one another.I'm doing quite well. Been with my therapist for almost 5 years, wow! (will be 5 years next month). Doesn't seem like it's been that long. But things are going well in that respect. I find myself reading posts here and being inspired to stretch a bit beyond my comfort zone as well. Baby steps, but I'm getting there.
