Hold me up,
Breaking pieces
Pierce me
From within
Like a
Kidney stone,
Stripping my
Myelin sheaths
To bare bone
Exposed Nerves
Unprotected from
The reality
Of my knell heart
Summoning a
Death of
My Soul
Of what
Can't be
Even if I
Still feel it,
Wanting to
Cut him out
Like a poison,
Like cancer,
of a growing
Resentment,
That feels
Like a slow death
That paralyzes me.

This is a powerful poem. What's happening? Are you being forced to terminate by your current T? Or is this about your former T?
Take care,
Witti

Hey Witti,
This is about my past T, still working out the emotions about it. Just putting in words how it feels/felt.
I have been wanting to reach out to you, but I was afraid and didn't know what to say. I just miss you lots and it hurts to know how much pain you are in. Maybe I can just camp out under one of those arches with you?

It really sucks how much harm that guy did to you. It's good you have a way to get out those feelings - you're talented with language, that's for sure.
Thanks for what you wrote - as you know by now, I'm rather inept at keeping in contact with people. I'm pretty sure it's upset some of my friends along the line as I have a habit of disappearing for long periods of time. It's never meant personally, just one of my problems - an attachment problem I guess. The reference to the arches made me grin.
Today has gone well for me. Not so much pain as the last days - I'm busy painting a large canvas of sunflowers and it's coming along nicely. They look rather sinister (things I draw/paint tend to look that way!!) - they are more bedraggled than they are in reality. It's good to have a way of self-expression - be it art or poetry.

My therapist is terminating with me too. I don't feel much anger yet, just utter disbelief. I think i am still in shock, and anger will come later.

Lemonaide I thought that's what you were doing. You're very good at writing also. Phillipa
