said, but not upset with them personally? Last session when my T said that my old T would probably think I am delusional, that triggered me I think. Because I went through a childhood being told nobody would believe me of what mom was doing. I think this got triggered when my T said that my old T thought what I thought happened between us during therapy was delusional. I know my current T would never do anything to cause me hurt but he maybe didn't realize the connection of what he was saying to me.

Absolutely! Good for you That's what I was talking about in my above post. He said something that was hurtful, but didn't realize he was doing it.
You can be mad/hurt/frustrated at what someone did, but absolutely still value and not be upset with the person.
You just need to talk to him about it.

LOL, caught me! lol I do plan on telling him, well it is in fact part of the reason I plan on talking to my old T.
He is so harmless, like a big stuffed teddy bear, that I told him last time if he ever did come on to me,or make a pass, I would think it was Alzheimer's, because he would never do anything like that in his right mind. lol He thought that was funny. ;-) I am relieved that the funeral will be on Friday, not on my therapy day. I know I will have to discuss this a little anyway. We have a lot to talk about this week. ;-)
You SOME day therapy will actually make me realize that not everyone is out to hurt me. At least I know he is one, but also it can still happen by accident.
I am beginning to realize that because of my past, I probably have a different filter in which I judge things and how I react to some people. Somehow I need to become more aware of this so I won't be so sensitive to others. Probably another big thing to talk about in therapy that ties in with the first topic of this post. Do you think he will just let me move in with him, so I can be fixed?
