My favorite auntie died today

Posted by Happyflower on June 20, 2008, at 13:36:40

She was the sister to my FIL who died in Jan., then sister to my other favorite auntie who died 2 months ago. That generation is gone now. At least she didn't suffer, she died in her sleep from old age (90). I am feeling so sad, she was like a mother to me when I got married to my husband. Her daughter and her husband were godparents to my son.

Now I don't know if I will be able to go to next week's therapy session. I am on a list in case something opens up sooner, but I think the funeral will be on the same day. I feel like I am losing everyone important to me. When will it stop?

I'm so sorry for your loss. I am wondering the same thing, why am I losing so many loved ones in such a short period of time.
I hope you can hang on to the good memories of your auntie. And the timing for these events can't be chosen and it's never at a convenient time. Keep your chin up. And if you have to miss your T appointment, remember you will get to see him soon. You need to be at your auntie's service. Hugs to you ((((((())))))))

Though my loved ones haven't passed away, I've lost
my spouse, my grandson, my mom, and my T.
I've lost the connection/relationship I should have with them for varying reasons. It hurts and it's a lot to grieve in a short time.
