Posted by llurpsienoodle on April 22, 2008, at 9:44:11

Haven't seen T or marriage T in about 2 weeks.

This am I realized that I have mT at noon and T at 1. They are in the same office building, so transport isn't a problem. My stamina is a problem though.

anxious.

Me, too, LlurpsieN.

Every week now, I have my T, a couples T, and a DBT group all on the same day.

I wanted to cancel my T, but he couldn't reschedule, and threw a fit about my cancelling altogether. Guess he's altogether tired of me and my endlessly not getting better, he says-- and everything these days shows that I'm not taking responsibility, etc.

I see what he means-- but that doesn't make it easy to cope with his attitude, on days when I'm tired and not in a great mood.

But I didn't mean to complain-- just to say-- it is exhausting. Two hours in a row, though-- would be too large a mouthful for me to swallow--

So how's it going?

Nadezda
