my T doesn't do good phone

last time I called him in a crisis he didn't sound comfortable talking on the phone.

now i'm in crisis again and i don't know what to do. i suppose i should take some restful medication and go to bed. hope for a better day tomorrow.

I generally do decide to just take meds. But we also had a discussion about what would be helpful if I call, and that I'll pay him for calls.

He tries, I try, and we work it out.

Ah, my favorite phone calls.

For some reason I can never go see doctors or therapists without washing my hair first. Which is probably a shame, since it's clinically relevant.

I found that the more carefully I was put together, hair, makeup, clothes, the more likely I was NOT doing as well. I tend to try and cover up not feeling/doing well by taking extra care with personal appearance.

When I show up sloppy in jeans, old shirt, tennis shoes, little makeup, hair a mess, I'm usually feeling better!

Really? I will no leave the house without washing hair and eye make-up. But some say the worse you look the worse you feel so you're the opposite. Love Phillipa
