we deserve praise

psychotherapy is hard work. we deserve praise. Most people don't get to the point where they are willing to confront the hard truth about ourselves.

so true, but once you get over that hump and let it out, you feel empowered and you can't stop talking about your story and you feel better in the process. this happens w/ some. happened for me.

thanks

I'm one of these people who just have to be different.
I tried really hard to confront the hard truth about myself.
(Who's to say I did or didn't? Certainly not me.)
These days I feel that I speak out of emptiness (very Buddhist) from a place with no foundation.
(Is that true?)

siggy,
you're so wonderfully cryptic

have a happy new year. I hope you find peace and loveliness in your place of quiet emptiness...
