i had a complete meltdown. It started in the grocery store. i've cried so hard, so long and so much i can barely see, my stomach hurts so bad and my head is pounding. i left my T a rambling message that doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

What's going on honey? Please hang on in there (I know I always say that but I don't know what else to say - I'm worried about you) - I'm so sorry you are hurting. Sometimes we need to just cry and cry - it can help us move forward. I hope you hear back from your T and that he helps you through this.

he left a voicemail.. a long one .. and he said the nicest thing. He said to keep trying to reach him. he wasn't annoyed at all that i called. i left a message that i was at home and he called back within minutes. he was so kind.
today i am kind of a ghost of myself
