She said that the Phlox that I gave her at my last session has been blooming non-stop all summer long :)
A little logistics about some insurance paperwork. so much for termination- the bills are bewildering and messy. yuck!
Then she asked me how I was doing. I told her that I hit a rough patch but now that I was getting back into therapy and got my meds adjusted I was feeling a lot better. I think having a new job helps a lot too.

now I'm off to make a pot of tea. Anyone else?
And I worked on my therapy quilt for an hour this am. It's a project that I started in april, conceived while under duress, I think if I work really hard on it next week I can finish it. I only have about 10 hours of machine quilting left.

I decided to drink some yerba mate instead, because I'm getting a migraine and need a little bit of caffeine.
not that tea doesn't have caffeine,but... yerba's got a bit more kick

haven't heard of that...i'll have to check into it.
i've really been into Good Earth 'original' lately. it's so good and i don't need to add any honey or anything to it. plus they have neat little 'confucius' like sayings on the bags. :)sorry to hear bout the migrane.
take care.

Hi Ll,
Earl Grey, please.
I agree that a new job helps. I am at my worst when I'm unemployed probably because in my craziness my self esteem is based on career and well, that's just not a real good thing for me to base it on. Sigh. Giant Sigh.
