I feel like I'm having a panic attack and I don't know what it's about. I saw my T today, but we had a really good session. He was really proud of me about something, and he told me that he thought we were well-matched and why. And he said again that he liked me. And we talked about some important stuff. He did tell me he's going on vacation in a week and a half, but we'll talk about that next week. And I was supposed to have a friend come to visit, but she had to cancel last minute. But nothing to explain this anxiety. Help!

Y'all left chat as I was logging in. I hope you're feeling better?
Have you worked on breathing techniques? I think I usually try to work on the physical symptoms of anxiety first.

Yoga may be a miracle - no longer anxious at all, and feeling sort of relaxed and Zen. My T would be proud of me. :) I have a certain block to doing anything physical, but it makes me feel so good if I can make myself do it.
