Distraction from depression

Posted by Happyflower on May 28, 2007, at 15:28:07

I planted 36 perinnals, 2 flats of annuals today even with my painful back. Made good stirfry for lunch. Cleaned up last year's leaves and installed soaker hoses.

Gonna take a shower, make an easy dinner and watch TV. Get ready for son's b-day tomorrow my baby is 11, I can't believe it.

sounds like a decent productive day HF. Keep plodding, it will get brighter eventually. Just think how nice it will be when those flowers get settled in. i want to put some flowers and decorations on my little patio... i went to the store but i just got confused, i couldn't decide or coordinate anything so i just went home. *sigh depression sucks.

you're doing great girl.. all the right stuff, good routine, keeping busy and planning positive activities.

I'm glad your day was good. You have a lot to feel good about for all you accomplished. I'm glad you had the energy to do the things you did. May you continue on......................
