It might be a good idea to reduce your dosage, since those symptoms are typical of akathesia, which is a syndrome that comes with some APs. Abilify is more prone than others to cause it.
It's very uncomfortable, and not a very good thing-- so unless your pdoc is really sure you don't need to, reducing your dose until the symptoms go away might be advisable.

PS this might be transferred to the meds board.

I am on the lowest dose 10mg. I want to stay on it because it is really helping my mood. As of right now i am having a hard time typing because my hands feel weak and shaky (not a lot).christina

I had severe full-body tremors, extending to my extremities, for over two months while on Abilify. I had to see a neurologist for fear of tardive dyskinesia, which is irreversible.
Needless to say, despite the improvement to my mood, I will never, ever have a good thing to say about Abilify. Grill your doctor relentlessly about the drug, the benefits, and the mitigation of such.

Post this on the meds board as I haven't seen any redirect in months. Love Phillipa and you can take a lower dose. And you need to call you pdoc.
