Well today I must tell the PHD that her recommendation of a new pdoc messed me up really bad and that I'm returning to the old one at least sleeping again. Any suggestions how to let her know that he caused me a lot of both mental and money problems? Thanks Love Phillipa

i would be very direct if you can. If you know why he distressed you then tell her that too. It might help to write it down so you can be clear.

Gazo thank-you he took away all my ad's and then put me on incredibly high benzo doses, sent me to a regular doc twice and doc thought it was riduculous and the money I did not have for the new high dollar benzos. And then the pdoc told me to get a new endo as the endo hadn't called him back plus the very worst was he told me my problem wasn't mental but physical. You know the hope that can give you. Crushing when you find out it's not true. Love Phillipa and thanks for the timely reply.

i do understand that actually.. they originally thought my probs were all physical, but it turned out i had both physical and mental problems.
That sounds awful about the pdoc. i think you should be very direct and firm with the phd about this. i am very sorry this happened to you.
The bright side though is that you know those were the wrong choices for you.. some people would never figure that out. i hope you can find the courage to stand up for yourself about it.

Gazo back she was very supportive said I should go with my gut. So that's what I've done. She could not care less that I'm seeing the old pdoc she says it's a wise choice and even gave me her e-mail to use. And I signed a waiver so she could if necessary speak to my old pdoc see her Tuesday. Thanks for the support. Love Phillipa
