I was thinking of trying for a "preliminary viewing" of my T!!!!!!ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My appt is on Thurs. I haven't seen her since like 7 wks or more I guess. So I thot if I can pop in and see her btwn clients on Tues (if I can find time....) then mebbe I won't be so freaked on Thurs....
I can wait for Thurs cuz I am over that NEED to see T thing now (THANK GOD!!! Its very hard I know), for the most part anyways. But its the seeing that she exists, the actual visual contact that would probably be helpful.
I have done this before, and cracked some joke bout it to T, but Idunno if she gonna think I backsliding if I do it now. Sides I feel so dumb about it anyhow. And should I phone ahead and say do you have a 5 min window for a "viewing"? AAAAAACCCCKKKKK!
Can anyone tell i freaking out??? Happy and scared at same time.

maybe you could get a welcome back card, or write a short note and go in to drop it off in person... you'd get your viewing without being conspicuous.

Not stupid. Go ahead and call her. I'm sure she won't think you're backsliding. It's very understandable you'd want to find a way to reconnect and feel safe again since she's been gone so long. Just leave a message and ask is it ok if you drop by on Tuesday just to see her for a minute to make it easier for you to reconnect on Thursday. Good luck muffled.

I think this is a great idea, Muffly, and I think your T will totally understand.
Call and ask her for a viewing. I like how you are trying to take care of yourself and I think she will, too.

I would go for that viewing if I were you. I can only imagine how much you want to see her and it will take some of the stress away when you see her on Thurs.
IT'S NOT STUPID AT ALL!!! After all, you have a connection with her and it seems right to keep it strong.

So I BEEN!
And it was just fine. She just the same. Looks the same , talks the same, laughs the same. She too funny. She just get right down to it like she never been away?!?
So was easyish.
So I feel pretty good that we weren't miles apart. Usu after just 1 wk we miles apart.
So I think break was a GOOD thing.
REAL GOOD.
Cuz I survived OK on my own and thats good to know.
So now I more confident, and now ,mebbe I get more down to business.
I sent T a fax after, and she sent one back!!!!!LOL!!!!
She said I did great thinking and processing HA!!!!She say she IMPRESSED!!! HA HA HA!!!!
Oh MAN! Ole Muffly gonna get a big fat head! LOL!
Also, my T was talking bout me and my cave, trying to chill me out, cuz I a little wacked aftera time, anyhow MY KID WAS THERE and she was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo freaking happy, it was HILARIOUS!!! OMG she bout jumping outta the chair, LOL, it started out anxiety, so my T proly thot it was continued anxiety but it was the kid. So she weren't there long, but it was so cute.
So was real nice to see T, and know she the same.
So good news.

I am sooo happy for you. No, I’m not, I’m soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy for you! Both that her break is over and you now know you can survive okay and you’re more confident and she was the same AND she was impressed with your thinking and processing! That is so cool.
