Found an e-mail address for my therapist and updated her on all the problems I've had she answered and said thanks for the update. Is this what you mean when you say you e-mail your therapist as I'm new at this. Thanks Phillipa ps I'm finding this the friendliest board. With lots of new posts and very nice people. Thanks for letting me be a part.

I have a lot of difficulty talking during sessions, so my T actually likes it when I email her. Most of the time, I tell her something that I wish I had said during the session, or I'll hint at something that I want her to ask me about during the next session.
What do you mean by "I found an email address"? Did she give it to you?

Hi Phillipa,
I've always liked this board best (don't tell the other boards I don't want any of them to have an inferiority complex.)
I email my T to update her on things and to send her links to websites that I think she might be interested in (NEVER Dr. Bob.)
Glad your T seems to be working out. I like being able to email mine it's so much easier than talking.
