cognititive mind control threats

Posted by Happyflower on April 6, 2007, at 5:14:05

Okay, I have had enough lessons to hear irrational thoughts of others and especially my own thoughts, but sometimes I don't care. I just want to say my blanket statements of over reacting psycho bolgna anyways, because it feels good.

Translation? I am messed up for the rest of my life. LOL yup, and I am proud of it, but at least I am aware of I am doing it right? So what does that make me? defiant ? lol

Calgon take me away or I will be lost forever!

Hi Gazo,

I am just joking around to let off some steam. I do believe in cognitive therapy but I know it isn't for everyone, but it worked very well with me and it is at the time the most used. But I am just having some fun, because I am stressed lately.
Athough I tried some acupuncture for stress today and my neck (double session)and it really made me feel so much better and the massage on my neck helped too! ;-)
But of course i had to brave the store to buy food for Sunday, and it took away some of the relaxation. LOL Back to the books! Have a great Easter by the way!
