but I sort of miss being really emotional sometimes
that's kind of weird isn't it, the ruminating, the anxiety, the depression
I mean I can't say for a second that I'm never anxious, because it would be a LIE, a LIE I say!!
and I still do get angry...I am after all a sensitive girl ;-) and the injustices of the world do sometimes require a righteous rage!....lol, I'm funnyI feel a bit blunted though...a price I pay I suppose, I must function after all (sigh) but I'm tired a lot dammit, but I was probably tired before :-(
I feel.....oddly disconnected at times, like my head has been numbed out a biteh.....these are random thoughts
one day I will function without meds
one day

It's good to hear you feel more stable sleepgirl. I believe it should be possible to experience some intense emotions and still be considered "stable".

I'm glad you're feeling more stable. And I hope that one day you're able to feel both stable and connected. It doesn't seem like too much to ask.

learning to get used to feeling ok when you are used to feeling chaotic is probably a difficult experience...maybe like learning to hear or see when you could't before. How strange the world would seem.
of course, i am just winging this because i am still stuck in chaos. The chaos is familar. i'm not always sure i want to let go of it.
