I have been seeing a new t for about 4 months. She's really nice, and I like her. After I terminated session with my former t, I didn't have anyone for a while. And she takes my insurance! woohoo!

That's the one thing I liked about having to see other therapists last year. I'm thinking about trying to find biofeedback nearby, and although that's not my main goal, it would be an added benefit.
