How after you have dissociation, that you get so very, very tired???
Its weird.
Guess thats why so many are so tired after T session.
Like air out of a balloon.
And in its wake, sadness and anxiety and confusion, and lostness.
Sigh.
Sometimes I really hate the way I am.

(((((((muffled))))))
Wish I could help. Don't really know how though.
You'll be okay. Remember what you've taught us about the pit when we needed to hear it?
A long nap sounds good, maybe you can have one.

processing traumatic material can be very mentally and physically exhausting indeed....much has been written on the matter and studies continue in the field of trauma including the subfield of dissociative coping skills...read up--later after rest--if that might help. the body/mind connection can run deep for some of those healing from trauma.
rest muffled. drink a cup of tea. try to eat light foods if hungry...if not then still try egg or toast. nourish and nuture the body and all that the body holds.
