Since my appointment yesterday, I have been glowing, just plain radiating and feeling good.
I had the worse week this week, got in one of the worse arguements with my DH ever the night before my appointment and the night before that I was at the hospital with an asthma attack, so no sleep and all this stress.
Then I go in and the only good stuff to talk about is the babble party. I felt like total sh*t going into the appointment and just didn't feel like getting into anything deep. Well we did talk a lot about stuff, but nothing too emotional, I even said I didn't want to talk about a few stuff, and he didn't make me.
I guess I needed a feel good session, he knew I had finals coming up and I think sometimes it is just a good idea to try to stay stable when you feel like your life is hanging by a thread.
But anyways I saw him today at the gym and I swear he looked like he was glowing (of course maybe he was, he just finished with running), but he smiled at me and mouthed good morning to me and it felt good. Well the glow transfered right to me all day. I have a hell of a week coming up and I need to stay focused on school. I feel like he is in my pocket, cheering me on. It feels so good. His acknowleging my presence today felt like a big hug to me. ;)

Welcome back, so to speak. I'm glad your session went well and that your T had that special glow at the gym for you. It was a special glow, not just from running, well, a girl can dream.
I can identify with needing to stay focused on school and feeling that your life is hanging by a thread. Send some of that glow my way, if you can spare some, I could use it.

Thanks Poet! (you just know it) ;-)I didn't think of that, LOL, man, what does that mean? But that is a NICE thought. Now I am feeling all full of myself. LOL But I am just amazed how his smile really does light up the room. He uses his whole face, ear to ear and his lights do really sparkle like Santa's . LOL

Well for me I will have to wait untilafter we visit my inlaws for a whole week and I can't stand my MIL even for 3 hours, never had to live with them. Yikes! I guess I enjoy torture.

I'm really happy that you had a good session. I would be sure to talk to your therapist about it in the next session. Maybe you guys can work together to help you find ways to feel this way out "in real life" so to speak.
You deserved to glow.
