I think of admin as the venting place, or, sometimes, screaming place. at least there is somewhere to put all this stuff. who needs a "poisonous thoughts" board when we have admin?
change is slow. change is painful. change can't happen without our participation. now that, i find very scary. i want to run and hide and have everything better when i get back. that won't happen. i have been here long enough to know that. but without our voice, there is nothing to register our opinion.
