I had to skip my appointments for 2 seeks, I saw her last week and she's gone again this week. I won't see her until next Thursday. That seems like forever and I want to call and leave her a message before she actually leaves to go out of town this week. But I'm trying not to bother her between appointments, my boundary and I think she's all for it too. I do write in my journal a lot, but it's still hard. I want to tell her a lot of stuff, but can't. Do I call? And say, I'm missing you even though it was my choice not to come in at a different time this week? Do I just tough it out and wait till next week when I see her? I want to do the right thing and I'm having a hard time deciding. I don't feel the connection we usually share. Probably because I haven't seen her much the past month. I want to talk to her. I need her.
Thanks Babble Friends for being her for me :>) ......

call her so you can get it off your mind. The obsessing drives me crazy sometimes and that's when I call, just to get it over with.
good luck,

Can you fax or e-mail her? Or leave a voicemail message for her?
Or mebbe SHE could leave one for you?
I have a message my T left me once that I love, and when I feeling disconnected, I listen to it. Helps me to hear her voice. Helps me to know she exists. That there's a person in this world that knows how ugly I am inside but still accepts me.....
There's always the 'camp comfort' threads you can start too.
Your not alone in this, THATS for sure!!
Take care,

I called and left a message on her voice mail. I told her I was missing our work and that I had a lot to tell her and hoped it was ok to call. I told her she didn't need to respond to me cuz there wasn't really anything to respond too. But she did call and leave me a message. She said she was glad that I called. She said she went to a workshop last Friday and Saturday and she thought a lot about me. She didn't say what the topic was, but I'll be curious to find out. I do miss her, but I'll be ok. I've got some stuff planned with my family this week as it's my daugter's 21st birthday this week and my birthday next week. My wonderful friends want to get together on Sat. with me. That's alway way too much fun and I don't even drink?!?!?!
Thanks guys for being here when I need to sort something out. It helps me a lot! Things might not be as I'd like but I do the best I can.

That's so wonderful that your T was there for you and thinking about you. Doesn't that make you feel good inside? That she takes a little bit of you around with her in the rest of her life too? A little ladybug? Thinking about what's best for you, and new ways to work on things?
I think that's lovely. Hope you feel up for some socializing. Remember- you can always just go out, but tell yourself that if you're tired after 1 hour, that you can leave and say that you have big plans early tomorrow.
Happy day to you, LadyBug :o)
