Sorry, Estella. You seem agitated, and like you really need someone to help.

Can you call for an appointment today?

Do you know why they referred you to the counselors? If you present your issues differently, they'll could keep you with the more highly trained Ts?

Do you have plans today? Maybe it would change your mood if you went to a coffee shop and hung out and read a book, or did work a little (but not too much)?

Jost

I was feeling really agitated, yeah. Still am.

I guess I could call for an appoitment...

Or I could wait until later this week...

I think that the thing that will help me most at this point is to get some writing done. Sometimes I feel like that when I'm having trouble getting into my work. If I get into it a bit then my mood picks up a whole heap. Less time on the boards more time working is probably the answer.

> Do you know why they referred you to the counselors?

The counsellors see people long term whereas the psychologists on campus see people short term. Typically. And funding cuts to the health levy has meant that they are cutting back their services even more. That being said the lady I saw was pleasant enough and she told me to go straight back if I needed to.

> If you present your issues differently, they'll could keep you with the more highly trained Ts?

I said that long term would be better for me. That is why they referred me on. If I say that I'm not sure they are geared towards such serious mental health issues then there might be other options.

Thank you for your lovely post.

You didn't wreck me. I was wreaked already ;-)
I'll be okay. I was feeling a bit off already. Had been feeling like that over the past few days. I'll be okay. Do some work and I'm sure I'll be feeling a whole heap better tomorrow.

You aren't stupid Muffled. You might *feel* confused and wound up inside, but you aren't stupid. The messages we tell ourself have an impact on how we feel though.

I'm glad you got through the night okay :-)

thank you ((((All Done))))
I'm procrastinating going back to the student psychology service. I should try and find them online and send an email. Email is a wonderful wonderful invention. I'd rather deal with this via email than via phone or via personal contact (yeech). But... I need to do this, yeah.
I'm feeling a little better.
I'm feeling a little hungover.
<cringe>
Need to be careful or I'm going to end up with a drinking problem :-(

I will try and hunt down the email address now...
I will.

Thank you.
