Or do we escalate because they go?
I think Bob has noticed a similar phenomenon when he goes on holiday.
Thats probably why he doesn't tell us...

I think I understand why. My T works six 12 hour days listening to all the schtufff that other people need help coping with. I can't blame him for taking his "weekends" all at once with his family.
