I didn't want to hijack Antigua's thread, but did you say hypnosis helped for migraines? I've done biofeedback for it, unfortunately prematurely ended, but I could use any help I can get.

It helped me develop some pain control practices, using imagery. It helped identify my psychological migraine triggers, like situational anxieties relating to social interaction.Ultimately it did not help eliminate the migraines. I do think I gained a lot of knowledge about how my mind and body react in producing the headaches. I know what kind of situations are more likely to induce a migraine, and I can plan to have medication handy. My worst problems have been when I've forgotten to have my Maxalt with me.
