The shaking, the chills, the out of touch with reality, the impending doom.
Why did I have to be born so crazy???
I also just told my T I don't need to see him but twice a month now.And this happens
Should I call him?

I use xanax or klonopin for anxiety attacks. Works great.
There are other meds you can take if you have alot of generalized anxiety.
Maybe your GP or a p-doc might be able to help you with this?
Yeah, anxiety SUCKS!
And yeah, if your T don't mind phone calls I'd phone.
Take care, and know attacks DO pass.

Yep, time to discuss some ways to cope with the panic attacks. Your T and pdoc are one and the same, yes? Well, I hope you can get some relief soon. Not fun

Hi Maddie,
Do you know what might have triggered the anxiety attack? Is it because you won't be seeing your T so often? Not that the reason matters because I say call your T and talk about it.
Anxiety attacks do suck. Calling my T sucks, but I've done it in full anxiety attack mode. Dr. Clueless, too, at least she can hand me some meds.
Good luck and take care. Let us know what you do.
