Hanging in there

Posted by gardenergirl on August 11, 2006, at 10:42:20

Hi everyone. I'm doing better although not back to my baseline. I appreciate all the support and wish I had the energy to reply individually.

I'm going to be away for the weekend, just fyi. Hope everyone has a good one.

Hey GG,

I’m glad you’re hanging in there. I know it can feel as if it’s taking forever to get back to the baseline… but I’m sure you will get there. (((((Gardenergirl)))))

I hope you have a lovely weekend.

((((gg)))),

Have a great weekend, gg.

Just don't forget that we're here for you even - maybe especially - when you don't feel like you can respond or reply to everyone.

Hugs,
Laurie

I hope your vacation is a good one.

Keep hanging in there. Sometimes holding on is all we need to do.

Maybe the R & R will do your soul good. I hope so anyway.

My favorite saying that I repeat to myself when I'm going through a rough spot,

"When you're going through hell, just keep on going."

Or when I'm feeling anxious or irritated, from A Course in Miracles: "I can choose peace, rather than this - "

I guess it resonates with me from my new found love in yoga. It reminds me, breathe, breathe, breathe. When everything outside my life is out of sorts, I can try to calm my mind down and center on the moment.

Sending good thoughts your way,
Annie
