Notice that the image you see in the mirror of yourself is in fact opposite of what everyone else sees. If I have a flower on my left lapel, my reflection is wearing it on his/her right lapel.
My point is that if you see bad things in your reflection, you are seeing the opposite of what people see. Of course the opposite of bad is good, and therefore you understand my point...
Mirrors reflections are illusions, period.
