(((((((Muffled)))))))

Can you send your angry one to a quiet place for a little while to calm down?

What's going on?

Why are you hurting?

(((((((Muffly))))))))

I don't want to F*ck the world if you're part of it. I think you are a good part of the world. One of the best parts, really.

Hugs for your little one

Ha, I made you read it, didn't I ;)

I try to remember that no feelings last forever.

I don't know about you, but I find the idea of that real hard to hold on to. When I feel bad, I can't remember what it felt like to feel good. And I can't remember ever having felt good at all in my whole life. So then it feels like it'll feel bad forever. Do you get to feeling like that?
