Seen my T, been a month. Went ok. She helped me make a safe place for my kid. She accepts my kid now.
My kid has a cave, and its pitch black, and big muffled can sit beside her, and God guards the entrance. And she's safe there.
I really like having that place for my kid.
I been so screwed up.
I told my T bout the dead ones too.
I think she was sad or mebbe mad or mebbe dissapointed. I dunno.
I won't look at her.

Its quiet there and safe.
Mebbe if you scared of the dark you can have a candle, thats ok. But really its best when its dark.
Its warm too.

no, i like the dark. i hide in dark it's good.
i don't knwo why but i can't get to my place, it seems so far away. i'm just freezing up inside.

Hi Muffy,
It is nice to see you post, I was worried about you. I am glad you have a safe place and it sounds like things are going well with your T.
When I was kid I used to walk a mile back into the woods before my mom would get up in the morning and stay there all day and read. I made my own lunch and took it with me. I stayed out there until my Dad came home, then I was safe with him at home. We all need a safe place,even as adults I think. I am glad you can use that imagigery to make you feel safe. That is a very valuable tool, ya know. ((((((MUFFY))))))

Ya you come to my cave. And we be quiet. And noone will hurt us. And noone will bother us. And noone will touch us. And I won't touch and you don't touch me and big muffled comes and goes and she's better than she was and she's ok. I'll tell her that you are like me and so then she will not bother you.
I beleive in God, and He is guarding the entrance to my cave, so He won't let noone in that doesn't know the rules or who is bad. My cave is safe.
I curl in a ball. And I can sleep. Cuz its so warm and cosy. I feel peace in my cave.
Hope you can too cuz you can come anytime and stay as long as you want, cuz you know, and so its ok.

Special k I think your kid should be with us in the cave. It is good there. We can rest and not be scared.
I am happy that you guys are there too.
If you know the rules you can come anytime so thats ok.
Maybe we can play outside sometimes too. Maybe if we together we can be ok.
Be nice to have Damos too. He plays good. So me and you and b2 and damos, nobody will bother us.
Maybe thats a good thing that we can do this.
