Just got out of the hospital today. The PDOC I had there was so rude, and teh situation was so scary. I have an appointment with my therapist tomorrow. I had to call him at home over the weekend, which I never have done. I hope he isn't mad. I think the stress center made me more stressed. Anyone else have that kind of feeling.

YES!!
that stupid 'relaxation therapy' in the hospital always freaked me out...the LAST thing it did was relax me....Mix together being utterly depresssed, constant fear, room full of strangers, turn off the lights and play aggitating, freaky music??!?!! ya...THAT's relaxing!
man...could i rant about that.
sorry you had such a bad experience.
but glad you are back and safe...we missed you ruby.

Welcome back. I'm sorry that you felt it wasn't helpful. It should feel more like a spa with around the clock therapy (as needed). I'm sure your T understands why you needed to connect.

I think the name of the place "stress Center" is really correct for I know that I am more stressed now than I was before I went in. My T didn't mention the call thing, except to say that what I thought I said was different than what I did say. I am taking new drugs, and at my T appointment he said it looked as if I was drunk so he went to find the liscence plate oin my car so it didn't get towed. He is such a great guy. I hope he knows how much I appreciate him for keeping me safe and alive.
thanks everyone for your posts
