I'm at least able to start going through the motions of a normal life, although if I allow myself to think about what's going on, I get sad again. But I'm not as heavy or as desperate as I was two days ago.
I'm sure it will fluctuate over time.

I'm really pleased it is starting to lift for you. i don't know why it can't just be consistent improvement but from experience it doesn't work like that. last Tues you wouldn't have known anything wrong with me but Sat I couldn't get out of bed!! Sunday spent locked in bathroom wondering if the world would really mind me leaving, today fairly OK. It sucks
