i'm feeling really funny this morning, i think since i've got on babble and i think it reopened somethings i talked about is session yesterday.
it's anxiety and fear and i'm upset. but i don't know for sure about what. i don't know if it'll wear off later this day.
what's it about??
should i call and see if i can get it to see my T, or is this just an emotion that i'm not comfortable with?
i'm at work and really shouldn't take off...
advice?any alternative advice?

and just go to that stupid so called DBT group tomorrow, but 1)it really cuts up my day and 2)the leader really isn't much help, i feel like i give a LOT more than i get from that 'class'.
i think it's more of a baby sitter than anything else...but maybe that's what i need?
i get much more from my T.
confused

I think it is never a bad idea to go and see your T . If it is what you need, then do it. Try to call early so you might have a better chance at getting in. (((((B2))))))))

My rule is if I can't quit obsessing over wanting to tell her something or that I'm worried about something that I can't get out of my mind, then I call her. It almost always works, and after I talk to her I can put it away until our next session.

I agonize over phoning. My T will never answer on weekends. Rarely in eves. I don't want to bother her.
So usually I suffer the tortures of the dammed off and on until the next appt. Sometimes they just seem to magically ease up on their own (I pray actually). Funny thing is so far I've always survived, relatively unscathed (some of my coping mechanisms are not ideal exactly).
And so I go on.....
Take care. Posting helps too. But sometimes backing off or asking others to back off is ok too.
Muffled.
