Detachment

Detachment can look a bit like dissociation, I think. I'm thinking that therapists and physicians and people in law enforcement must have to practice detachment. Conscious or unconscious, but the conscious kind would be minimally better. Because then you'd know when you were practicing it with your friends and family, with yourself too. Is that dissociation, when you're detached from yourself? What is yourself? Is it the two or three different people I know I can be? How many people are you? When do they come out?

Wow, we are really getting into deep psychology this week! lol I think I am only one person, me, myself, and I ! ( or does that make 3 people) . Sorry, I am a little nutty this week with no therapy. I can't help myself! ;)
