How are you doing? I saw you posted that it's been getting really rough since things ended. How are you holding up? We're here. You can talk to us. Who do you have IRL to help you cope? Any thoughts about a counselor, pdoc, clergy, or family person to talk to? I'm worried about your post on another board about a plan.Please let us know you are okay. You're in my thoughts.
