Can Hypnosis dramaticaly change the way you see work, life, yourself.
I at times feel feeling of "barrenness", isolation inside my own self, it is terrible. I got to do something, its been like this forever.
I dont know what do you think

I had hypnotherapy for migraine headaches a l-o-n-g time ago, before you were born, I bet. When I had EMDR treatment last year, my therapist had come from a background in hypnotherapy. She asked me what I thought about it - and I told her that it felt like hypnosis put a veneer over what was fundamentally going wrong, but couldn't access and deal with the root of the problem.
That's still my opinion. It helped me at the time with the immediate pain of my headaches but was not capable of getting to what was causing them.
Just my experience.
