Terrics, it's a darn good thing! And don't try here, Dr. Bob will get upset.
But what's going on that you feel so bad?
Can you call your therapist? You shouldn't be alone with these feelings.

If not, could you please call your therapist or 911? We don't want to lose you.

I hope I wasn't too dismissive in my first post. I didn't mean to be. I just meant that thank heavens you couldn't find what you wanted on the internet. No one would want to help you get information to hurt yourself.
Is there anything I can do?

i'm glad you haven't found that information. this must be a terrible time for you. please remember we are here, fight D@mn it FIGHT THIS FEELING!!!!
and remember sometimes 'overdosing' won't make you 'die' but may permanantly damage your body.terrics, please know that i love seeing you post. when i first starting talking about my SI and depression here i always looked forward to see if you would respond to me. you have SO much to contribute to this site i can't imagine what you contribute IRL!
you are such an incredible soul. please stay safe and post when you can. Please call pdoc/T or 911, even if there is a mental health/crisis hotline that you could call-it wouldn't mean you have to go to the hospital...HOWEVER, it's not a horrible thing to do for yourself.
please be safe.B2c.
